audio tracks, and no official album released for the obscure-yet-cult-classic Japanese
exclusive anime series, I spun together a quick compilation of the opening and ending
themes to the 2001 anime series "Parappa Rappa". The series, of course, being based off
the popular PlayStation video game franchise "Parappa The Rapper".
The compilation features both the Opening and Ending themes used for both seasons of
the Anime series. Season one spanning episodes 1 through 15, and season two spanning
episodes 16 through 30.
The tracks for the first season are the songs "Love Together" by artist "Nona Reeves"
as the opening theme, and "SCHOOL GIRL" by "BENNIE K" as the ending theme. Whereas the
songs used for the second season are "Attitude" by "Crystal Kay" as the opening theme,
and "Yellow Balloon" by "Chara" for the second season.
Bear in mind, these are all Japanese artists under Japanese music labels--so don't
be upset if you cannot understand the songs. But then again, that should go without
saying, otherwise you would not be interested in this album in the first place, right?
As of Saturday, March 17th, 2007--when I compiled the tracks--I managed to obtain both
full versions, and TV Sized (shorter) versions of almost all of the songs.
Please continue to support artists, as they work hard to keep us entertained. These
are good musicians, and it would pain me to see them quit writing songs. Continue to
buy their albums. Thank you very much.
