Vampire Hunter D 2001: Bloodlust - "Gangsta's Paradise", Coolio ("Dangerous Minds" Movie OST)
Initially, this was supposed to be my 2nd music video, but it was released in shortly after my "MegaMan" music video. I made this video initially with the intention of it being a weird combination. An Anime / Vampire movie with a gangsta rap song. As a friend of mine said: "You made a video that people would be interested in seeing". Like my other two videos, this one was also produced in the latter half of 2002. While it prominently uses footage from the 2001 feature film, it also borrows footage from the original 1985 film. Admittedly, towards the end of the video, I began to run out of footage that accurately matched the lyrics of the song. The information at the intro and closing of the video is inaccurate, as well. It's been quite a while--but I just thought I'd share.
